  •  How do I return my product on warranty?
    • For Pelican Hard Cases or Flashlights contact Pelican Products Inc. directly at 800-473-5422 (310-326-4700 Inside CA) for a Warranty Return Authorization.
    • You must obtain a warranty return authorization for the manufacture.
    • For Pelican Soft Cases contact Brandess-Kalt-Aetna Group, Inc. directly at 800-621-5488

     

  •  What is the life of o-ring on cases?
    •  The manufacturer recommends that o-rings are replaced yearly.

     

  •  Can I buy directly from Pelican Products?
    •  The manufacturer does not sell directly to the public.

     

  • What is "Pick 'N' Pluck Foam"?
    •  The foam padding is pre-scored so you can create a custom fit around any device-photography gear, a laptop, electric testing devices and much more.

  • Will I be charged Sales Tax?
    •  If you live outside of Utah you will not be charged sales tax. If your address is inside Utah you will be charged a sales tax; unless you are tax exempt. Please enter your tax exempt number in the notes field at time of purchase. Sales tax will then be taken off your sales order when your credit card is processed. In order for us to remove the sales tax we must have the tax exempt number of your organization.
